I. Consent to the use of image and video recordings
The participant hereby declares his/her consent for image and video recordings to be made of him/her in the context of events organized and carried out by bluplanet and to be used for the following purposes:
- Publication on the bluplanet Digital GmbH website
- Use in social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Use in print and online media (e.g. brochures, flyers, newsletters)
The recordings may be used for the above-mentioned purposes for an unlimited period of time and space. They may not be passed on to third parties without the express consent of the participant.
The participant is aware that he/she will not receive any remuneration for the use of the recordings. This consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The revocation must be sent in writing to [email protected].
The participant has taken note of the information on data protection and agrees to the use of his/her image and video recordings as described.
