Parloa Campfire: Rethinking artificial intelligence in customer service

At our last Parloa Campfire, everything revolved around the potential of AI in customer service – together with Deutsche Dienstrad and KiNOVA, we experienced an exciting evening all about the transformation of modern contact centers.

The focus was on how Parloa’s AI agents help companies to create exceptional customer experiences and make processes more efficient at the same time. The keynote speech by Joachim Schreiner, CRO at Parloa, was a real highlight: with concrete examples and strategic vision, he showed how artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing customer service.

Marc Julian Schiemann and Julian Geiselhardt from Deutsche Dienstrad and Elisa Hoeppner from KiNOVA also gave practical insights into their work with AI solutions and showed how they successfully integrate them into their organizations.

The live demos were particularly impressive, illustrating how intuitively the AI agents can be used – and the direct impact they have on service quality and customer satisfaction.
